I'm embarrassed to be posting this two and a half years later, but if anything it's a testament to how amazing Tracy is that I still have not forgotten his service. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Shortly after buying an older home pier and beam home in Austin, I discovered there was a break in the plumbing and everything in the toilet had been dumping under the house in the crawlspace creating a lake of yuck. It was such an overwhelming mess, but Tracy came out and gave me a very reasonable quote

Tracy was really great. I was upset and stressed out and he came in, assured me it could all be taken care of and told me what needed to happen to dry out my house.
