Phenomenal service from their team. I had a leak in my water heater, they came out same day and exceeded my expectations and service from other local companies I received quotes from. They connected with the manufacturer warranty dept. and got me a new water heater under warranty vs. my request to replace faulty part. New water heater was installed same day. Cannot say enough good things about the company, Texans Water Heater. Called them after 9 am and they were finished before 1:00 pm with a water heater replacement in the attic . The 3 gentlemen were courteous, efficient and informative. The price quoted over the phone was exactly what was charged and that price beat all others by a lot.
