First, let’s start with the important stuff; we love our new kitchen. It is open and flows, and this is somewhat a result of Texan Home. We shopped the appliances and selected their locations so we are due some of the credit. Our new expanded island works for preparation to serving, and we feel it couldn’t be better. The kitchen is also so much lighter and brighter.
As we started this project, making our color choices for cabinets and picking out the floors, countertops, etc., seemed like it to
The delayed start actually helped us finalize our selections, giving us adequate time to make changes without ever feeling rushed. When the project was completed, the result was spectacular. The initial meeting with Ali was very helpful, and throughout construction, his recommendations really helped bring our design together. We absolutely love the final product.
This was the best renovation. The crew did a fantastic job remodeling my two dated bathrooms. I have a third bathroom (Master) I will schedule within a year. Would recommend this company for all types of construction needs!!!
I cannot recommend you go somewhere else strongly enough. I would give one star, but I am (finally) happy with how the bathroom looks. If I could redo the whole thing, I would have chosen anyone else.
When we signed the contract, they told us a November start date. Then the Project Manager, Ali, entered the picture. From there, everything went down hill. He couldn't promise us a start date (maybe November, maybe December, possibly January) until I went over his head. Then, we never got a mock up
Texan Home Additions did an AMAZING job on my kitchen renovation - huge makeover! I am extremely happy with the results and appreciate the communication and support during the entire process. Highly recommend!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Devonte. We appreciate it.
This weekend I spoke with a friend who lives in the LA area. She hired a contractor to do interior work similar to what your crew did at my house. The contractor accepted a check, then never did any of the work. She’s in a struggle now to get her money back.
I have to admit that I had anxiety each time I wrote a check to your company wondering if what happened to her might happen to me. Could I trust that the work would be completed as agreed? Would I pay for promises like she did with no actu
We're happy to say John/Texan Home Addition came through for us and got our issues resolved. John was more then apologetic once we started communicating again. It is understood that deaths and illnesses impacted our remodeling progress so thoughts and prayers to everyone impacted.
Thank you John
