This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had. I initially reached out about 2 weeks ago to schedule a small project and was told that it could be done, but there were some delays, which I understood. Then last Friday, I was contacted before 8 am saying that he could come out that morning and even mentioned he was "nearby." Based on that, I provided my address and prepared my home for the work.
