Horrible experience trying to get any repairs. Had one panel get busted in a hail storm. You can’t get anyone on the phone everything is automated. Got fixed but was rescheduled several times. Now our roof needs replacing after a wind storm and I am unable to get any clear communication about repair work. Horrible customer service. I've had Tesla for 9 years and the customer service just gets worse and worse. It recently took a month just to get a technician out to look at my system. He identified the issue but offered no estimate for repairs. Instead I have to submit another service request to Tesla and wait ANOTHER 7-10 business days just to hear from another human! Then, likely, another one to 2 months to get the issue fixed! All the while, my system isn't producing energy. Go with ANY other c
