Chargers are not free. No indication or signage of cost per use.

Important details we've learned after parking there this weekend: 1. Confirm you are using the LAKESIDE garage 2. Use SpotHero as it is much more cost efficient 3. You will be charged for using this destination charger as it is considered commercial (this was a complete surprise to us until we received the credit card charge) 4. Tesla chargers are very easy to find and they are plentiful (look for the green light)

This listing is misleading. There are two different garages right next to each other with different chargers. The Millennium Park Garage no longer has complementary charging and has non-Tesla chargers. The Lakeside Garage has Tesla destination charging with Tesla chargers.
