Ms. Perla Hernandez is always professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She always took time to explain what she has found and what type of treatment she has applied, she also addressed all of my concerns, and made sure the problem areas were properly treated. I can see that she cared about doing the job right the first time—not rushing through it. That's the reason why I have a contract with Terminix and would recommending them to everyone.
