First time that my service was horrible. First, I didn’t receive a text letting me know the service date. When he showed up, he treated our neighbors yard. When our neighbors asked what he was doing on their property through their ring security system. Then he rang our doorbell. Advised I didn’t know he was coming that day. He apologized and said he had forgotten. I said go ahead. Less than 5 minutes later, received a text that he was done. Then our card was charged $192. Problem is, a new tech
