Although we have been long term member of Tempo Air, the last survive was really a rip off. The technician sold us an add on to the AC that may not have been necessary at an exorbitant price. Tryning to validate the need and cost revealed that we have been scammed. I tied to call the company to correct this problem but my many calls were not returned and was not able to speak to any one. I’ll not renew our membership. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Update: I just called again and lefT VM with
