Their "innovative solutions" turned out to be outdated and buggy software.We faced more issues after their installation than before.Customer support was slow and unhelpful—won’t be coming back.

Michael is very knowledgeable in technology he help terminate cat 6 wires out electricians left just hanging and not labeled what room they went to. Michael had it solved in a few minutes plus set up our spectrum for us. I would highly recommend Michael as your technician. We are going to have him back to do our TV 's He is very patient with my wife and I (non tech people) . Just a super nice young man!!!
