The initial meeting with Jake Reek to discuss what we needed was prompt and professional and the quote sent to us that night. The team from Tech Kinect arrived on time even with the cold weather to install additional electric outlets and replace a 220 outlet. They verified with me what needed to be completed and prepped the area to keep all areas clean during the installation. This review is long overdue! I just recently reached out to Jacob for the third time for my media room. I have added and tweaked some things around over the past few years and each time Jacob and crew have done an excellent job catering to my changes. They are always polite, punctual and the work is always cleanly done! I also appreciate his recommendation for a remote that is high functioning, yet easy to understand!
