Have not yet actually used their services, but gave kind, straightforward, logical advice for fixing the problem with our current system, rather than just coming out to charge for an incredibly simple fix. Steve knows his stuff! Whether its TVs or networking, WiFi or wired. He’s knowledgeable, competent and very thorough. He tested everything before he left and showed us how to use and make the different selections we needed. I highly recommend Steve and tech ease!
