I've had 3 separate interactions with these folks, and all of them have been great. I would recommend them to anyone! p.s. Updating the review to highlight the fact that they proactively make sure *not* to overcharge for their services, and they take their time to (patiently 😊) explain what's going on.

Jesse was incredibly helpful and kind! He took his time looking at our sinks and was honest and upfront about the issues and we didn’t feel like he was trying to upcharge or sell us on anything. Thank you so much!! Will definetly be using Tech City again.

We had a great experience getting our garbage disposal fixed. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it working again in no time. They were polite, knowledgeable, and left the area clean when they finished. And they didn’t charge us! Definitely recommend them.
