I called for a quote. The positive is that the sales rep came out the same day, although the sales rep changed the time a couple of different times and we had to text back-and-forth. He gave me a quote on the spot, although it seemed like he was copying and pasting in a word document from a prior quote. The quote didn't have the company's logo on it, which I found confusing. One thing he missed was that our garage heater would have hit the new tracks, based on the new style we requested. It was
