First of and foremost, TBS is the best company for trash service. Good price, and most importantly show up every week. A big shout out to our driver Bill, he goes way above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with his fantastic performance

I want to post a shout out to Bill at TBS WASTE. He again went the extra mile today when he saw we had forgotten to put our bin out and picked our trash up anyway! He consistently goes over and above to provide us fantastic service! Highly recommend Bill and TBS.

Bill isn’t just a garbage man — he’s a full-blown action hero. Today we had 60 mph winds and while the rest of us were hiding indoors questioning our life choices, Bill was out there chasing rogue trash cans like they’d personally offended him. Containers flying down the street? No problem. Gale-force winds? Just another Wednesday. This man was battling the elements in cool shades, smiling like he ordered the weather himself. I’m pretty sure I saw him sprint after a bin that had fully committed

I would like to extend an extra thanks, kudos and an atta boy to one of their drivers Jaime, who services my home. As a route driver, I really appreciate it when I go the extra mile when I don’t have to and get acknowledged for doing it. I got home late the night before my pickup day and forgot to take the can to the road. Jaime got out of his truck and pulled my can out to the side of his truck and made the pickup anyways. That’s service and one reason I use TBS Waste! Thank you crew and Jaime
