Our service tech, Israel was excellent. Very professional and did a great job fixing our hot water heater. We had some issues with the front office not returning our calls and parts taking a while, so we were without hot water for over two weeks while we waited for the part to arrive, but the guy who actually did the work was great!

We have american home shield. Anytime you have an issue that's covered by your plan , it's never the same company use to service your appliances. I only remember the memory of the person being awesome , but way before I started posting reviews. Well this time I was assigned TAZ Plumbing for our service call. We had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing service. After hiring them, we were left without water for nearly two weeks with little to no communication or urgency shown to resolve the issue. This caused major disruption to our daily lives. What started as a pipe burst and my ceiling falling in and my warranty company sending Taz plumbing out to fix it turned into a another issue a week later to a complete flood in my house 2 days later to no fault of theirs! The owner not only responded personally but jumped into action to help me get my house repiped in 2 days! His crew is absolutely amazing the one I mostly dealt with Luis was so polite and understanding I can never thank them enough for getting my house back to proper condition

DO NOT USE and hope you don't get them for a warranty call. Had a leaky faucet, the plumber came out and made it worse by breaking the faucet off. Then he told the home warranty company it was broken by misuse and shouldn't be covered under warranty. They also took over a week to turn in the paperwork. They are either in bed with the warranty company to deny things, lazy, or incompetent. Also won't call back to discuss getting their submitted paperwork corrected. All of this mess for a lea

Isreal,was absolutely amazing ! When he arrived I explained what happened and showed him the leak he went right to work . He diagnosed the exact problem, then went above and beyond to locate the parts he needed going to multiple stores . When he returned he quickly and effortlessly installed everything . Isreal and answered questions from a grandson who was absolutely fascinated with the work he was doing and even had me feel the water after he set the blending of hot/cold to insure my grandson
