We provided all new hardware and they re-keyed every lock to work with one key. Took their time installing and and double-checking that all the locks operated smoothly. None of the deadbolts were rubbing, smooth as silk when locking. After the installation, the tech walked us through each lock to make sure each key and mechanism work with no issues.
