Talked with Cristina on the phone, she was very pleasant and helpful. Kurt came out and worked on the rolling shutters. He's knowledgeable, fixed the issue and very nice to deal with.
Taurus shutters is a must have in your roladex if you have a business. Their product solves a big problem and Curtis makes it easy. Try them out for sure.
