We hired them to redo our kitchen, mainly cabinets and counters. They removed the old stuff, checked the framing, and fixed a couple uneven spots before installing anything new. The cabinets went in first, then counters, then backsplash. Everything was done in that order and nothing felt rushed. They cut the countertop on site and made sure the seams lined up before setting it. The backsplash was spaced evenly and they cleaned it up as they went instead of letting grout dry everywhere.
