Disgusting. This should be a health hazard to leave the restroom in such disarray! Plus noone should have to feel like a criminal while shopping. If theft is an issue hire better loss prevention or close the store completely. No reason why almost the entire store is locked and only one person with a key! PLEASE POWER WASH THE SHOPPING CARTS!!!!!! It must be the dirtiest carts in all Targets I’ve been to. The corporate making so much money but ranking shopping experience so low and never clean these for years!!!

Target employee was extremely rude. Asked to speak to a manager and I was denied the opportunity. White plains is looking into this target for harassing and abusing their customers. I hope they put them on the news. Go to the target in port Chester. Much better!
