Great work. Arrived early and were ready to work as I woke up. The crew was fast and efficient and very respectful of our property. Clean was spot on and follow up was completed within two days. All in all, a fantastic experience with Tar Heel!

Customer service was good at the initial quote. Then there were numerous delays to get me actual numbers. I allowed them to do the work and “not touch the siding at all, just the roof.” Now my siding has horrendous black squares on it to hide the damage that they did to it, claiming it was the only way to do the roof right. Then they claimed to send me an invoice and photos, which I never received. Upon telling them that, they emailed a new invoice immediately, all without calling me to discuss
