We had Michael Soulliard come do a home inspection for a property we are looking to purchase and he did a fantastic job. I am also really impressed with how nice the report was after his inspection. Super thorough, clear pictures pointing to the issue and a good description explaining what you are looking at.

Had a 2.5 hr inspection looking at everything possible! Aaron was amazing and he walked me through all the major items. And the report was very detailed and also was able to be simplified into categories and highest priority items with great pictures of everything. Even got the report back in the same day.
