Very thorough and honest. I've worked with them a couple times now. Recently I called them and we talked about my cooling needs for an attic area for about 20-25 minutes. We concluded that I probably didn't need a minisplit and could likely be just fine with a manually installed window unit. Saved me $4000. We need more honestly like that.
