The communication with cy Thai was not good. I originally asked him and our first conversation. Did he have a minimum or a certain budget that needed to be met for work to be done and he told me no. We talked about a lot of different products and inquired about a lot of different products just for product knowledge. Not necessarily to go on my quote. When I told him what to include on my quote, he told me that that job wasn't big enough after telling me initially he didn't have a minimum. My iss

Tailored AV recently installed new deck speakers and a television on our new deck. I contacted Cy to seek advice on the best placement and he was very helpful. The speaker installation required running wires through hard to access areas but Cy did a fantastic job. Finished the work in a day and we couldn't be happier.
