We recently had our water heater replaced with this company. Technician Luis was courteous and professional. He took the time to do the job right. His level of expertise was apparent extremely satisfied with this company and I highly recommend them.

We had a pipe leaking in the garage. Because I wasn't familiar with any particular plumbing companies I searched online and found Tactical Plumbing. I called and described the problem and also sent Mike a picture if the pipe. Mike quickly identified the problem and was able to come within a couple hours. Tactical Plumbing was referred to me by my friend, after she had extensive work done on her home. I called Mike. He fit me in his schedule that day to stop by and assess the plumbing issue at no cost. I thought I had a slab leak. Instead I needed a wax ring replaced. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, on time, keeps the work area/ tools neat, and his materials and labor costs are very reasonable. I highly recommend his company and services.

Mike has fixed a leak in our irrigation in the front yard, replaced our water heater, and added a pressure regulator to our irrigation all since moving to our home in January.
