Terrible customer service. I was rudely transferred twice before reaching someone who could help- and he acted like I was asking for a personal favor.

Worst customer service ever. I was quoted a price and 6 days later I get an email saying that they screwed up on the bid and needed to charge me 2000 more for the job. I expressed that I was disappointed as I did not have a lot of time left to even seek another contractor to meet this deadline. Then to top it all off they tried to place blame on me for not understanding how they line item their estimates. They also tried to say this was just a simple mistake I told them $2000 is hardly a simple
