Worst plumber, do not use. He will literally set an appointment with you and just not show up. Called him to see if he was going to show and he said Nope and hung up on me.

I needed a couple of toilets clogged and Todd was able to come the next day and take care of it. Will reach out to him for my next plumbing need. Great guy and responsive.

We had an issue with our water heater and bathroom plumbing after the freezes that occurred this winter. He was very nice on the phone, but when we set an appointment he rescheduled several times. When he finally arrived to assist, he did fix the water heater. When working on the shower, he told us we needed to order a part off Amazon to complete the repair. Todd is just the best. I called the first company about a bad smell coming from my water and they quoted me $2300 to replace my water heater over the phone without even looking at it. I called Todd and he said he would come check it out. Told me I had a few more years at least with my water heater and flushed it to kill the smell. Todd is an expert and a professional and he absolutely earned me a s a customer for life. I cannot recommend Todd enough. :)
