The sensors on my garage door in West Milford, NJ were not working properly. The T&W technician, Brian, arrived on time, quickly analyzed the problem, and offered alternative solutions. I selected the most basic one, replacing the old sensors and a related chip in the motor unit. He completed the repair less than 30 minutes. Now the door works as it should. I would definitely use T&W again and I would ask for Brian.
