They did a great job managing to get turf down in a very hard to reach place (the bottom of a ravine in my backyard). It's a very seep drop off and there are no access roads. I think this was a very unique, and difficult job, but they found a way to shoot the gravel down and install the turf afterwards. This is now a beautiful play area for my 2 boys.

Never responds to phone calls. Hours not correctly updated. If they are OOO, posting a printed paper on the door doesnt help in this day and age. Why cant you update your hours or update your VM message to inform your customers. Drove 1hr to go see them closed at 3PM on a weekday. They just lost a customer. Be better.

From start to finish, Mike and his crew were fantastic!! Mike has been in the turf business for nearly 20 years, so I trusted him and his suggestions. Even though it was a small project for him, he treated it as if it was a huge back yard project. He knew what would work best for our needs and our BIG dog. We didn't expect to have the installation done so quickly, but because our yard is so small, we are now able to enjoy the turf for the holidays!! We couldn't be happier with the end product! E
