I wish I'd heeded the warnings of the other reviews. This company is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I had techs going into my back yard without my consent, and they did not complete the original service because I didn't want to keep dealing with them. Now, I have an "invoice due" and haven't been able to get ahold of anyone in the office. The location on Google Maps just off of Salem Street is not staffed, it looks like a ghost town here.
