I've had an Urban Defender for years and it is a great whole house filter. Jim is very knowledgeable and helpful; he's always answered my questions over the years, well past any initial sale. He's reviewed my town's water report, educating me on what's in the water and how we can "clean it up". And quite importantly, the water from the Urban Defender tastes great and clean, safe water is available anywhere in my home.
