Did not complete the cleaning as spelled out in the written scope of work. Had her come back to address the items missed. She became argumentative. When we met for the quote, she said the crew will work 8-10 hours for a rate similar to what I have paid other agencies. When she arrived for the job, she said she would be done in six hours.
