I’ve called on Susan Air twice, and both times the service has been what I’d say is above the typical service of most AC companies. Malissa not only is very well educated on how systems function, but she LOVES helping people. I very much appreciate that she takes time to help me understand how my AC works and how I can be better about making sure it functions efficiently.
