We hired Susan to design and decorate our home office. She did this remotely because we live in rural Virginia. Because she is organized and meticulous, as are her contractors, this was possible. Susan did an outstanding job completely redesigning, furnishing and decorating our basement including a living space, a play area and a guest bedroom. From the gorgeous but extremely functional built-ins to the bench seating to the wallpaper in the guest bedroom making it pop - we love all of it! Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Susan was able to exceed our expectations. She designed 2 bathrooms, a family room, and foyer for us. Her designs were functional, beautiful, and timeless - exactly what we were looking for. I had never worked with a designer before - but after working with Susan - I will never try to remodel or redesign a space without her expertise. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to listen allowed for a wonderful experience and final product.
