I was actually referred over by another builder who had used them before. At that point we were already deep into construction and I wasn’t looking to bring on another subcontractor, but they ended up taking over the waterproofing scope. Looking back, I’m glad they did. There were a few areas that needed more attention than originally planned and they handled it without creating a bunch of change orders or excuses. The project kept moving and we were able to hit our deadlines.

What stood out to me was how early they caught a few things that could have become expensive later. This was a new build with multiple trades working at the same time, and they pointed out a couple waterproofing details that would’ve been buried behind finishes if nobody had noticed. It saved us from having to tear things apart down the road. They took care of their scope, kept the project moving, and made life easier for everyone involved.

The pool was getting all the attention on this project, but the waterproofing ended up being just as important. Between the pool waterproofing, the deck areas, and a few spots around the lower level of the property, there was a lot more involved than I originally realized. Everything was completed in phases as the project moved along, and there was never a point where we felt like we were waiting on them. Looking back, it was one of the smoother parts of the entire build.
