Put this off longer than I should have. It wasn’t anything major, just something that kept coming back and getting annoying. Finally had someone look at it and they traced it back to old waterproofing that had worn out over time. They fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to turn it into a bigger job. Everything’s been fine since, so I’d say it was worth handling.
