One thing I appreciated was they understood this wasn’t just a simple residential patch job. The project had a basement level, split-level decks, planters built into the structure, and a rooftop area over interior living space. A lot of moving parts. They handled the below-grade waterproofing first, then came back in phases for the deck waterproofing and balcony coatings as framing and concrete work moved along. There were a few tricky areas around drains and sheet metal transitions that other t
ad them involved on a larger commercial project that included underground parking, rooftop common areas, and a few elevated decks over tenant spaces. Waterproofing was a pretty major scope on this build and there were a lot of areas where mistakes would’ve been expensive later. They handled the below-grade waterproofing around the foundation walls, coordinated the roof deck waterproofing with the other trades, and finished the balcony deck coatings in phases as units were being completed. This wasn’t a small fix, full build with a lot going on at once. Basement level, multiple decks, rooftop area, even a pool tied into the structure, so waterproofing had to be right across the board. They handled the below, grade waterproofing before backfill, came back later for the deck waterproofing systems, and tied everything into the roof sections and sheet metal without it turning into a coordination mess. Different phases, different inspections, and somehow it all lined up without delays. I
Put this off longer than I should have. It wasn’t anything major, just something that kept coming back and getting annoying. Finally had someone look at it and they traced it back to old waterproofing that had worn out over time. They fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to turn it into a bigger job. Everything’s been fine since, so I’d say it was worth handling.
I’m not big on writing reviews but I’ll say this, the whole thing felt easy. Reached out, they came by, explained what was going on, and handled it. There was some issue with the waterproofing near the base of the house and part of the deck above it wasn’t helping. They fixed it, cleaned up, and that was it. Haven’t had to follow up or call anyone back out, which is honestly all I wanted.
Kind of a random issue we kept putting off. Nothing major, just kept noticing the same area feeling damp and couldn’t really tell why. Had a couple people look at it before and got different answers every time. Itay and his crew came out, figured it out pretty quick, said it was a mix of old waterproofing along the foundation and how the deck above was holding water. They handled both and didn’t try to turn it into some huge project. It’s been a while now and everything’s been normal, so I’m not
Wasn’t even planning to deal with this right now but it kept bothering me so I just handled it. Had a weird smell and slight moisture near one side of the house, nothing obvious but you could tell something wasn’t right. They came by, checked it out, said it was old waterproofing along the foundation and part of the balcony above letting water sit. Fixed both, cleaned up after, didn’t drag it out. Haven’t noticed anything since so I’m calling it done.
This had been bugging me for a while. Small commercial spot, nothing fancy, but every time it rained we’d get a little water creeping in near the back wall. Not enough to panic, just enough to be annoying. Finally decided to deal with it and had them take a look. They pointed out it was a mix of older below grade waterproofing and how the roof deck above was set up. They fixed both without dragging it out or shutting us down, which I appreciated. Since then, no more water, even with the last few
