We were fortunate that they came out quick but they have a lot more people to deal with and you will notice. They do very quick work and the end result shows. Hire them to tear stuff down but do not hire them to repair anything.

The adjacent townhouse to ours had a fire suppression water leak and the water began to seep through the baseboards and into our primary bedroom, closet and guest bedroom. Really terrible customer service and communication. I contacted them in January to get some restoration work done after a leaking pipe. After waiting two weeks for a reply, I had to contact them again and they eventually sent somebody out to do an estimate. Today (late March) makes one month with no further communication from them. My advice is find a more reliable and responsive company than Superior Restoration.
