These people don't know how to answer their phones

Saying Patrol officer Zach Nye-Hammon is an asset to this company, is an understatement. Professional, fair, understanding, knowledgeable and exceeds expected customer service by far. I would hope & presume he is rewarded with a $1.00 MINIMUM pay raise immediately...in conjunction with what I'd expect to be a normal Yearly pay raise.
