We have used Superior more than once and have referred them to neighbors and family. They had the best price but also stand by their installation. We had a minor issue with our fence recently and Daniel came to look and it was taken care of right away.

The company is not responsible for broken pipes during installation. We understood that. However, we didn’t think they would just shatter a pipe connected to our sprinkler system and not notify us. They just finished the job and buried the pipe. They were also short on fence caps, which was fine, but they said they would drop some off when they drove by again. This didn’t happen. After waiting for a week and a half for an appointment, we called to see why he didn't show. We were told "he had to pick up his son at this time.". Couldn't fit us in for another week! Pretty poor customer service
