They did a wonderful job on my backsplash and fireplace surround. Things were a little off when the job was completed and they came out and made it right. The reason for 4 stars is because I was tasked with picking grout and tile via text vs in person. I finally went to the store to get help from the tile store. Also, they chose a plastic edge for my backsplash. I never would have selected plastic, but was not provided options. With all of that said, I would hire them again because of the crafts
