Michael cleaned my parents' gutters (my Christmas gift to keep my elderly father off ladders). Michael's work was thorough and careful. He arrived on-time and have great communication throughout. I booked Michael to clean our windows. He was able to come out to our house the next day and give a quote. That was great! We accepted the quote and he scheduled us within two days. That was wonderful. He did a fantastic and thorough job. He was timely and paid attention to detail. Only issue, he charged us 100$ more than his quote. He said that he did extra work. I beleive if he was going to go over the quote, he should have cleared that with us before doing the extra work. That being said th
