Update from my original review. Since the installation, everything was fine. I ended up switching internet providers and the system won't connect to my internet. The manufacturer is telling me the installer is responsible for service throughout the warrant which is what the gentleman told me when setting this up. Had my solar panels installed a year ago. I was told that putting a soft starter on my ac unit would be the biggest savings and reduce my solar bill.
