The process was as expected until the site visits. The first site visit was schedule by SunSolar. The appointment was for 1/12 from 07:00 am - 12:00 pm. Had a great experience getting my Tesla battery installed and connected. From sales to the supervision of the process and keeping me informed every step of the way. I had nothing to worry about through the whole seamless process.

Terrible customer service. Instead of scheduling an appointment, they give you an appointment and their service people do not show up. My ceiling has been leaking when it rains for a few month now. Every time it rains it gets worse. They sent some one out to install bird netting and fix the problem on the roof. He came out installed the bird netting unsatisfactory like. I had my solar installed and turned on with SunSolar in January 2025. By mid-August, my Tesla SunSolar battery and system were already breaking down, leaving me with reduced power production. That means fewer credits and higher utility bills — exactly the opposite of what I was sold. Great service from start to finish. Sales rep broke everything down on the options to purchase or lease the pros and cons. Company keep constant updates on where the process was within the phases from doing survey, to install and follow up on the install.
