Teach your drivers to drive! Cutting people off and driving on shoulders to get around traffic while pulling a trailer is stupid behavior!

The shades are beautiful but it can take weeks to have them schedule a service tech to come out and look at broken shades, even when following up regularly. Not ideal when you have 16 individual shades on property to maintain. Other companies won't generally send service techs unless its for their own shades due to each shade having different branded parts and motors that are not the same across companies. So whoever you call to install is generally who you are left to rely on for service.
