I have had a horrible experience with this company. I kept trying to be patient with them, knowing with the tax credits ending last year, they probably bit off more than they could chew. In 2023 Sunsent did a large solar install on my home. As part of that contract a production guarantee was included. The install fell significantly short of what was promised. Sunsent has acknowledged this fact. It's now 2026. Two years after they were informed the install did not meet the contractual obligation.
