Excellent customer service. Purchased a solar fan back in '12. In '17 I needed to replace the motor brushes and received excellent service. The motor recently stopped. I left a vmail with SSAF and quickly received an email from them. They had my records and they gave me a few things to check out on the unit. The issue was dust generated by the motor brushes. I blew the dust out and the motor is working again. Great and proactive customer service. Something that has become the exception

I've been looking for a solution to a problem that I finally was able to solve with a SunRise Solar attic fan....but I don't have an attic! Mine is a much different application: I have a 30'x50' steel arch building, AKA "Quonset hut", that is used to store equipment and other valuable items. Anyone who operates these structures knows how HOT they can get, especially in direct sun.
