Paul did a wonderful job with both my pre and final inspection. Although both inspections are optional inspeciation I definitely can say they are worth it. Paul found quite a few issues that needed to be addressed some in which I would have never caught myself especially during the pre inspection. He is very communicative and explains things well so you can better understand the process. I am very grateful for spending the extra money on the inspections. Thank You Paul!
