Have been having issues with my solar panels since the beginning on and off. As of Dec 9th solar panels were offline. I left messages no response, got a hold of receptionist once and informed her of the situation. It is January 4th and no one answers the phones again. I spoke to the distributor company of the solar equipment, and was informed by them that they are no longer in buisness with Sun Rate energy. If I am asked again to remove my review I will not do it this time. Frustrated custom

I just had solar panels put up to save me from aps bills also no more power outages because I have backed up and stored power The sun rate energy company and titan solar were great to work with they give you a portal that keeps you informed of everything they are doing from start to finish there very professional and well trained employees thank you for all you done for us

Wanted to give a shout out for the amazing service and accountability I was given when I met with SunRate. I had over 5 opinions of other quotes before signing with them. Very professional and honest! Made my decision very easy and smooth. The installers were quick and respectful! Glad I was able to meet such an amazing group. Will definitely be using on my next home purchase!

Not good communication from the start. Now my solar isn’t working and have left messages and emails and no return calls to fix. After meeting with Katie on 1/19/22, she was very helpful in explaining how the solar works and how to read the APS bill . She represents the company well. I’m going to change to 5 stars for Sunrate Energy but it’s SUNRUN who is the main company that you should be aware of. They are the ones that don’t return calls or fix your system the way they are supposed to.

Excellent service. They came to my home and SunRate explained all the details. No sales pressure and answered all my questions. They kept me informed on the different steps in the installation process and they handled everything. If you are looking for solar, this company will take care of you. Tell them I sent ya. :)
