I love the Provo Door Shop!!! I have used them for years! Great customer services! They make you feel like you and your job are super important. Even when I have messed up, they do their best to help you out and make the best of the situation. I would recommend them 100%. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

**update** The manager did everything he could to get us taken care of. He was able to turn the situation around at the end and get the problems fixed. He really listened to our experience. We still have mismatched doors, but we’ve been happy with the quality of the product and durability a year later. I think we were just unfortunate to have every single order go wrong. I have ordered several doors from them and they've all been great. Brei is especially good to work with, she really knows her stuff, is very helpful, and does a great job of following up when she says she will. Highly recommend.
