The owner walked me through the process of obtaining my new awning. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. He was prompt, and even sent his staff to my island to install it. A+

STAY AWAY .... I called and scheduled and appointment with WILFRED twice. Rescheduled twice... No show Twice and no call back to acknowledge my request for a service..... All he tried to do was sell us a motor and fabric for our awning, when all we wanted was a service call for our awning switch.... EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED and they will never have my business again...
